USFA 4th Annual WCR Fall College Showcase, Rosemont, IL Oct. 11-13

This fall the Parkway Bank Sports Complex in Rosemont will be the site of our fourth annual fall college showcase events. Rosemont features two full indoor fields in the Dome and one of the best outdoor stadiums that is used for professional softball. This complex will help prevent any cancellations due to inclement weather during the unpredictable Midwest fall season. In addition, if you are traveling to this event, Rosemont has hundreds of available hotel rooms that can accommodate your team. Also take advantage of the lively entertainment district and numerous restaurants in and around Rosemont. These are great opportunities to showcase your players talents in front of some of the best colleges in the Midwest.

Registration Notes: Payment is not required at this time however if you register with payment your spot will be guaranteed. If you do not register with payment, we will contact you prior to August 1st to confirm your intent to play in this showcase. If payment is not received by August 1st we will assume you do not intend to play and your spot will be offered to other teams.

Also Note: We can only accept a limited number of teams so if you register without payment it is possible that your spot may not be available when you are ready to submit payment. Please monitor our website updates page for registered teams and open spots. Registration will be limited to 25 teams. This event is sanctioned by the USFA of Illinois. All teams must register with the USFA (Note: (Note: Register with payment by August 1st and we will pay for your USFA team registration. Payment will be in the form of a refund to your showcase registration fees.)

These events will start on a Friday evening after 6:00 PM and will run through Sunday. Showcases will be limited to specific age divisions. Dates and age divisions are listed below:

Location: Rosemont Dome and Stadium
Age: 14U, 16U, 18U
Format: Showcase games
Rules: USFA
Game balls provided
Game length: 80 minutes
First Game Start: Friday 6:00 PM
Games Guaranteed: 4
Umpires: 1 (2, depending on availability)
Number of Teams Allowed: 25 total for tournament
Fee: $1150

Register early as space is limited. No gate fees so bring the family and enjoy all the other fun activities in and around Rosemont.

Top-Tier Challenge Prospect Games, Rosemont, IL Oct. 6, 20, 27

This fall we will host Sunday only prospect games at the Parkway Bank Sports Complex in Rosemont Illinois. These will be a round robin format and every team will be guaranteed three games. We will be extending an invitation to college coaches throughout the Midwest to attend these events to evaluate players for their college team’s needs. This is the firsttime we have offered these type of events and college coaches attendance is not guaranteed. Regardless of college coach’s attendance Rosemont is a great place to play enjoy the lively entertainment district. Play, showcase your talent and enjoy the fun! It is an opportunity to get additional exposure for your players in a smaller more personal environment. Dates and age divisions are listed below:

Description: These will be a one day events starting starting at 9:00 AM and ending around 6:00 PM. Games will be 75 minutes drop-dead.
Dates: 10/6, 10/20, 10/27
Skill: Open
Location: Parkway Bank Sports Complex, Rosemont, IL IL
Age: 14U, 16U, 18U
(Please note that some age divisions may be combined or dropped depending on what age groups register. If we drop the age division that you registered for, you may move to another date or we will issue you a full refund should no other date work for your team.)
Format: Three scheduled games.
Game length: 75 min. drop-dead
First Game Start:9:00 AM
Games Guaranteed: 3
Umpires: 1
Number of Teams Allowed: 4 ( Possibly more if fields are available.)
Fee: $550 for each date

Please Note: We will make every attempt to reach out to colleges but there is no guarantee college coaches will be in attendance. The entry fee only reflects the cost to play. No discounts or refunds will be issued if no colleges are in attendance.

Sunday FastPitch Round Robins, Morton Grove, IL
Dates: 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/29

Fall is a great time to play softball and our Sunday round robins are the perfect opportunities to work on the skills your team will need to compete throughout the year. These are one day events that will guarantee each team three games. These events are open to 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U teams. All games will be held on Sundays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

These games are intended to be friendly games and teams can choose to limit the number of runs allowed per inning. We encourage this option if teams skills are not matched up evenly.
